Preparation
  1. Wash your strawberries gently and let them rest on a paper towel to dry for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Pat the strawberries dry to ensure the chocolate sticks well.
  3. Stick two toothpicks into the tops of each strawberry for easy dipping.
Melting the Chocolate
  1. Add the dark chocolate and white chocolate chips into separate microwave-safe cups.
  2. Microwave each cup in 30-second increments, stirring with a fork until fully melted and smooth.
Dipping Strawberries
  1. Line a plate or baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Dip every other strawberry fully into the dark chocolate, holding it by the toothpick.
  3. Use the same technique with the remaining strawberries using the white chocolate.
Setting and Finishing Touches
  1. Place the dipped strawberries in the fridge for about 30 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
  2. Transfer the leftover melted dark and white chocolate into piping bags and drizzle over the dipped strawberries.
