Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to prepare for baking.

  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
  5. Carefully fold in your fresh strawberries, ensuring not to overwork the batter.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Glazing
  1. Once cooled, drizzle the glaze made of powdered sugar and milk over the bread.

Notes

Don't overmix the batter for a lighter texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or freeze for up to 3 months.
