Preparation
  1. Rinse the strawberries and dry them completely to ensure the chocolate sticks well.
  2. Place the chocolate chips and coconut oil into a microwave-safe bowl.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Heat the mixture in the microwave for 30 seconds; stir.
  2. Repeat in 15-second increments until smooth.
  3. The chocolate should be fully melted and glossy, without any lumps left.
Dipping and Setting
  1. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the chocolate, rotating to coat evenly.
  2. Place the dipped strawberries on a sheet of wax paper to cool.
  3. Optionally, place the strawberries in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up the chocolate.
