- In a large pot or deep skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until no longer pink, approximately 6-8 minutes.

- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and diced onion (if using), cooking for about 3-4 minutes until the onion softens.
- Stir in the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Sprinkle in the Italian seasoning, black pepper, and salt.
Cooking
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the pasta, covering the pot, and cook for about 10-14 minutes until the pasta is tender and the liquid is reduced.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in the heavy cream, and gradually add Parmesan until melted and smooth.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For freezing, wrap tightly and store for up to 3 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge and reheat gently.
