Ingredients
  

Wonton Chips
  • 1 pack Wonton wrappers Cut into triangles
  • oil Oil for frying For frying wonton chips
Toppings
  • 1 cup Pepperoni
  • 1 cup Italian sausage Cooked beforehand
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoncini For a zesty kick
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese For topping
  • 1 cup Pepper jack cheese For topping
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles, about three inches wide.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan until it’s hot (about 350°F).
Cooking
  1. Fry the wonton triangles in batches until they’re golden and crispy, for about 2–3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Layer the fried wontons in a baking dish, placing them evenly across the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of pepperoni and previously cooked Italian sausage on top of the wontons.
  5. Scatter the pepperoncini over the meat layer.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella and pepper jack cheese generously over the top.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and slightly browned.
  8. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better taste. Don't skimp on cheese for gooey goodness. Consider adding sliced olives or jalapeños for an extra twist.
