Preparation
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the vanilla extract and mix until well incorporated.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream, being careful not to deflate it.
  4. Layer the sliced strawberries at the bottom of your graham cracker crust.
  5. Spoon the creamy mixture over the fruit and spread it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries if desired.
