Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, and crushed graham crackers. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a lightly greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add powdered sugar and mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and light.
  4. Stir drained crushed pineapple into the filling to ensure an even distribution of flavor.
  5. Spread the filling evenly over the prepared crust. Top with diced pineapple and shredded coconut.
Chill
