- Measure oats and chocolate chips into a medium bowl. Stir to combine.
- Add the peanut butter; dollop it across the oats for easier mixing.
- Drizzle the honey over the mix and begin stirring with a spoon.
- Press and fold the mixture, scraping the bowl sides so nothing sticks.
- When the dough holds together when pinched, it is ready.
- Scoop into 12 even portions using a teaspoon or small cookie scoop.
- Roll each scoop between your hands until smooth and round.
- Place bites on a plate and let them set for 10–15 minutes before transferring to storage.
Notes
Time-saver: Use a small cookie scoop for uniform bites. If the mixture is crumbly, add ½ teaspoon more honey or peanut butter and press again. For a twist, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon or a teaspoon of maple syrup.
