Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer, grill, or oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise, then scoop out the seeds gently.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, corn, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, cilantro, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is nicely blended.
- Generously fill each jalapeno half with the creamy corn mixture, pressing down slightly to pack it in.
- Place the stuffed peppers in the air fryer basket, on the grill, or on a baking sheet if baking.
Cooking
- Air fry or grill for 10-15 minutes, or pop them in the oven for about 20 minutes. Look for tender jalapenos with bubbly, melted cheese.
Serving
- These creamy delights are best served warm as a mouthwatering appetizer.
Notes
