Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (high-quality or homemade) Use a good Caesar dressing for depth.
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese Use pre-shredded to save time.
Seasonings
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Fresh garlic can be used for bigger flavor.
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Garnish
  • Fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Place the chicken breasts flat in the dish; pound or butterfly thicker pieces for even cooking.
  3. In a bowl, mix the Caesar dressing, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Baking
  1. Spoon and spread the mixture evenly over each chicken breast, pressing it down slightly.
  2. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until edges are golden and juices run clear (165°F/74°C internally).
  3. For a golden top, broil for 2–3 minutes, watching closely to prevent burning.
  4. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving warm.
