Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish or line it with foil.
- Slice the whole slab of rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the bottom half of the rolls.
- Layer the deli meats starting with the ham, followed by salami and optional pepperoni.
- Place the cheese slices over the meats.
- If using, sprinkle the banana peppers or pepperoncini on top of the cheese.
- Top with the top half of the rolls.
Baking
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, and Parmesan.
- Brush the herb butter mixture over the tops of the sliders.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 3 to 6 minutes until the tops are light golden.
- Let sit for about 5 minutes before cutting to allow cheese to settle.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling a day in advance and refrigerating. Serve with extra marinara on the side for dipping.
