Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 box Brownie Mix Any boxed mix works fine
  • 1 11 oz. jar Hot Fudge Sauce Use thicker sauce if possible
  • 3 large Eggs Room temperature for even mixing
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil Neutral oil keeps flavor focused
  • 1 9x5 inch bread loaf pan Non-stick or well-greased

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease the loaf pan well.
  2. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl; add the oil and hot fudge. Mix gently.
  3. Pour in the brownie mix. Stir until the batter looks smooth and glossy, ensuring there are no dry streaks.
  4. Scrape the bowl with a spatula to incorporate all the fudge until the batter is thick and shiny.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan until it’s about 3/4 full and smooth the top with a spatula.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 45 minutes, watching for edges that pull away and a top that firms. A toothpick inserted near the center should come out with a few moist crumbs.
  2. Remove from the oven and cool completely in the pan.

Notes

This recipe is forgiving and allows for variations like adding nuts or espresso powder. Make sure to cool fully to prevent crumbling.
