Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pounds Chicken wings Use fresh wings for the best flavor and texture.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter Essential for balancing the spice in the glaze.
  • 1/4 cup Hot sauce Frank's RedHot recommended for classic kick.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder Simplifies the process and distributes flavor evenly.
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika Adds a subtle smokiness to the wings.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.
  2. Brush the spicy butter glaze over the wings during the last few minutes of grilling.
  3. Once done, remove the wings from the grill and toss them in the remaining glaze.
  4. Serve hot and garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Avoid overcrowding the grill to ensure even cooking. Use a meat thermometer to check that chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
