Cupcake Base
  • 1 box Vanilla cake mix (preferably Betty Crocker) This serves as a convenient base for perfect texture.
  • 1 can Grape Crush soda Essential for flavor; do not replace with another soda.
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil Keeps cupcakes moist; can substitute with coconut oil.
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar Opt for organic brands for better taste.
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Topping
  • 1/2 cup Purple grape jelly Adds richness and enhances fruity taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the vanilla cake mix, Grape Crush soda, vegetable oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and free of lumps.
  3. Gently fold in the purple grape jelly to ensure it gets evenly distributed throughout the batter.
  4. Pour the batter into the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.
Baking
  1. Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  2. Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for about 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
