  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Freshly grated offers the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs Use plain or Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs.
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced Fresh minced garlic gives the best aromatic impact.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil Extra virgin provides a rich flavor.

Method

  2. In a bowl, mix the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
  4. Dredge each chop in the Parmesan mixture until well coated.
Cooking
