Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic provides bigger flavor.
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, diced or shredded Use pre-shredded to save time.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, cubed Full-fat cheddar is recommended for a melty center.
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count) Saves time compared to homemade.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted For brushing the bombs.
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped Optional for garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it up as it cooks.
  3. Add minced garlic right before the beef is browned, stirring until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until it melts slightly, coating the beef.
  5. Flatten each biscuit into a 3–4 inch round, place a spoonful of beef mixture and a cube of cheddar in the center.
  6. Fold the edges up and pinch tightly to seal the dough.
  7. Brush each bomb with melted butter and place on the baking sheet with seams down.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 18–22 minutes, until deep golden and juices are bubbling.
  2. Sprinkle with parsley and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.

Notes

For variations, consider adding a pinch of smoked paprika to the beef for a smoky flavor. These can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking.
