Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the frozen banana and frozen strawberries into the blender.
  2. Pour in the ½ cup of unsweetened coconut milk.
  3. Add a scoop of protein powder if you like.
  4. Blend on high, pausing to scrape down the sides once or twice until you achieve a thick, spoonable texture.
  5. Prepare your toppings: freeze-dried fruit, fresh slices, and chia seeds.
  6. Stop blending when the mixture looks velvety and a spoon can stand upright briefly.
Serving
  1. Transfer the mixture to a bowl with a gentle tap, ensuring a thick and glossy surface.
  2. Arrange toppings in a pretty pattern and sprinkle chia seeds on top.

Notes

If the blender struggles, add 1 tablespoon more milk at a time; keep it thick, not runny. For make-ahead options, you can blend the base and keep it slightly firmer in the fridge.
