Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine semisweet baking chocolate and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
  2. Stir in granulated sugar and powdered sugar until fully combined.
  3. Whisk in egg yolks and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Sprinkle in cornstarch and salt, stirring until evenly distributed.
  5. If desired, press crushed Oreos mixed with melted butter into the bottom of a microwave-safe dish.
Cooking
  1. Pour the chocolate mixture over the prepared crust, smoothing the top as needed.
  2. Microwave for 7-9 minutes, checking for doneness. The center should be slightly set but still moist for a fudgy consistency.
