Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts, skinless and boneless Choose for even cooking and a tender bite.
  • 1 packet Ranch seasoning mix For a rich, flavorful punch.
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs Provides a light, crispy texture.
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Adds a rich, salty flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted Essential for a golden crispy finish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and paprika for a delicious crust.
  3. Lightly season your chicken strips with salt and pepper to enhance their flavor.
  4. Dip each chicken strip into melted butter, ensuring they are thoroughly coated on all sides.
  5. Firmly press each chicken strip into the breadcrumb mixture for a solid coating.
  6. Place the coated chicken on the baking sheet and drizzle any remaining butter over the top.
  7. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
  8. If desired, broil on high for 1-2 minutes for extra crunch, but watch closely to avoid burning.

Notes

Pro tips: Don’t overcrowd the pan for optimal crispiness. Use a meat thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Make extra coating mixture if using more chicken.
