  • 1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded Use rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Cold cheese melts slower; room temp helps.
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded Dry lettuce keeps wraps crisp.
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing or sauce of choice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray Helps the tortilla turn golden and crackly.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the shredded chicken in a bowl with salt, pepper, and ranch dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and layer some chicken, a sprinkle of mozzarella, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking the ends in to enclose the filling, and press gently.
  5. Spray the outside of each roll lightly with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Place the wraps seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted.
  3. Let the wraps rest for one minute before slicing on the bias.

Notes

Time-saver: Use leftover rotisserie chicken to skip cooking time. Common mistake + fix: Overfilling causes leaks; instead, use slightly less filling and roll tighter. Simple variation: Add a pinch of smoked paprika or swap ranch for chipotle mayo.
