Preparation
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the shredded chicken in a bowl with salt, pepper, and ranch dressing. Taste and adjust seasoning.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer some chicken, a sprinkle of mozzarella, shredded lettuce, and diced tomatoes.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, tucking the ends in to enclose the filling, and press gently.
- Spray the outside of each roll lightly with olive oil.
Cooking
- Place the wraps seam-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until the edges are golden and the cheese has melted.
- Let the wraps rest for one minute before slicing on the bias.
Notes
Time-saver: Use leftover rotisserie chicken to skip cooking time. Common mistake + fix: Overfilling causes leaks; instead, use slightly less filling and roll tighter. Simple variation: Add a pinch of smoked paprika or swap ranch for chipotle mayo.
