- In a mixing bowl, blend 250g thick yoghurt and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the finely chopped fresh dill, pickles, and 2 tablespoons of pickle juice.
- Sprinkle in salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine all ingredients thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop (optional).
- Serve topped with crispy onions and extra cornichons with chips or fresh veggies.
Notes
