Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and then slice them into thin, even rounds.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion and set aside.
Make Dressing
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, vinegar or lemon juice, sugar, dill, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the sliced cucumbers and onions to the bowl with the dressing.
