Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, buttermilk, sugar, lemon juice, white vinegar, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the dressing and adjust the sweetness or tanginess as needed.
  3. Add the coleslaw mix to the bowl and toss thoroughly until every piece is evenly coated with the dressing.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow the flavors to meld together.
  5. Give the coleslaw a final stir before serving chilled.

Notes

Bring ingredients to room temperature for better flavor blending. For extra dressing, it can be used as a dip for veggies.
