Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease and flour a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract and lemon zest until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with sour cream; start and end with the dry ingredients.
  6. Gently fold in the blueberries, taking care not to break them.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan.
Baking
  1. Bake for 60-70 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  2. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
