Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter Opt for natural peanut butter for the best flavor.
  • 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter Softened for easier mixing.
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar Essential for dough consistency.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Use pure for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips Use semi-sweet chocolate for coating.
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil Helps achieve a glossy chocolate coating.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 cup of creamy peanut butter and 4 tablespoons of softened butter until thoroughly smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, then gradually mix in 2 cups of powdered sugar until a soft dough forms.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined tray. Refrigerate until firm, about 30 minutes.
  4. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 2 cups of chocolate chips slowly, stirring often. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil for a glossy consistency.
  5. Dip each chilled peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate using a fork, making sure to cover them evenly.
  6. Allow the chocolate coating to set completely on a parchment-lined tray before serving or storing.

Notes

Chill the peanut butter mixture thoroughly before rolling into balls for better shape. Use quality chocolate for richer taste. Melt chocolate in short bursts to prevent burning.
