Preparation

- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Assembly and Baking
- Take a tablespoon of cookie dough, flatten it, and place a teaspoon of the cheesecake mixture in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, rolling it into a ball.
- Place the cookie balls on the baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
