For the Sliders
  • 6 pieces Slider buns Soft and fluffy buns.
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken breasts, shredded For easy layering.
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce Store-bought or homemade.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded Freshly shredded for the best melt.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated Adds a sharp, nutty flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil, chopped adds freshness and flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For brushing the tops.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a 9x13 baking dish.
  3. Evenly layer the cooked shredded chicken across the bottom buns.
  4. Pour marinara sauce generously over the chicken to ensure an even coating.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese generously over the marinara.
  6. Add fresh basil leaves on top of the cheese.
  7. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings to form complete sliders.
  8. Lightly brush the tops of the buns with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t overcrowd the dish for even cooking. Let the sliders cool slightly before serving.
