  • 8 pieces Kings Hawaiian rolls Soft, slightly sweet buns.
  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for speed.
  • 8 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled Crisp bacon adds texture; drain well.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Brings creaminess and tang.
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup Balances salty and sweet.
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Top with your choice of cheese.
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions (optional, for garnish) Fresh green onions brighten the finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, toss shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
  3. Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and lay the bottom halves snugly in the baking dish.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves, spreading to the edges.
  5. Sprinkle cheese across the top and drizzle a little maple syrup.
  6. Place the top halves on and brush with additional maple syrup if desired.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops are golden.
  2. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.

Notes

Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time; if sliders turn soggy, brush roll bottoms with melted butter and toast briefly before assembling. You can add smoked paprika or chopped jalapeños for heat.
