Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking dish.
- In a bowl, toss shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and lay the bottom halves snugly in the baking dish.
- Spoon the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves, spreading to the edges.
- Sprinkle cheese across the top and drizzle a little maple syrup.
- Place the top halves on and brush with additional maple syrup if desired.
Cooking
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the cheese melts and the tops are golden.
- Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
Use leftover rotisserie chicken to save time; if sliders turn soggy, brush roll bottoms with melted butter and toast briefly before assembling. You can add smoked paprika or chopped jalapeños for heat.
