Method
 

Preparation
  1. Generously season the pork ribs with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing upright if possible to maximize space.
  3. Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, making sure they are coated evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the ribs are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone easily.
  5. Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and serve with your favorite sides for a perfect meal.

Notes

Don't overcrowd the slow cooker. Let the ribs rest before serving for better juiciness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure your ribs reach an internal temperature of at least 190°F (88°C).
