- Generously season the pork ribs with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Place the ribs in the slow cooker, standing upright if possible to maximize space.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, making sure they are coated evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours until the ribs are tender and the meat pulls away from the bone easily.
- Remove the ribs from the slow cooker and serve with your favorite sides for a perfect meal.
Notes
Don't overcrowd the slow cooker. Let the ribs rest before serving for better juiciness. Use a meat thermometer to ensure your ribs reach an internal temperature of at least 190°F (88°C).
